Disabling AI
Tech companies have a vested interested in railroading people into using AI features that they didn't want or ask for. They almost always automatically make you "opt-in" (often without your knowledge) and make it intentionally vague and confusing to "opt-out". Some steps in the guides below go further than others (like directly editing computer configuration files), so only do the things you're comfortable doing. This list is not perfect, and not all AI features will be caught with these steps. Often, they don't even give us a choice on whether or not AI is enabled. But, this should allow you to take back a little bit more control on what services you're using on a regular basis.
